Crowded halls . , . buildings rising overnight . . . trees tall enough to cast shadows . . . spick and span Rally Court with its pastel tables . . . crowds reading clippings on the Sport Board , . , the Art Club auction below the P . . . all these were part of this year's cam- pus, alive as never before, measuring up to its proud name, Paramount! K. ,s A-gy, .I' Six years ago Pirates enrolled in a new school to the sound of workmens saws, hammers, and drills. Filled with spirit, they ignored the sandy acres and treeless Rally Court. They set about buildirg a representative government and fine tradt'ons that would guide those to come. SUP erinlenden r .lack Kobiiisilifed School Dlsmc . un, n t of Pmomo t Pooled Leadership O f f e r i n g effective guidance to Para- mount's rapidly expanding school system, Superintendent Jack Robinson, his admini- strative aides, the Board of Education, and the high school Parent-Teacher Asso- ciation have helped to make Paramount's sixth year its very best. Wisely they pool initiative, training, and experience to solve problems of finance, policy, growth, and personnel. How effective they are was proved this fall by a most successful bond election which will allow this campus to handle its mounting enrollment.
