we iBuint tn arallels Faced with a disiointed world, threatened by atomic disaster, we, the staff of the 1957 Jolly Roger, choose as our theme Disneyland, a man-made creation whose atmosphere and dreams express those of Paramount Senior High School Pirates. Disneyland, our enchanting neighbor, is being created daily by a man and his associates who honor the past, enjoy the present, and anticipate the future. Pirate leaders, equally important in their sphere, strive to attain the same ultimate goal, to create a place where people may find both happiness and knowledge. Main Street symbolizes the bustle of daily life. Here plans, supervision, law and order revolve around administrators, whether they are housed in Disneyland's City Hall or E 37. Tomorrowland holds the blueprints of a future world. Through the mazes of a push button age, each Pirate seeks the trail to the treasures of a full life. Fantasyland is the tnmeless kingdom of ringing laughter and shared fun, whether you soar with Dumbo or run a Carnival booth.
