umurrntnlanh Active! Never Dull! That's the Class of '57. Sparked by President Carlos Her- nandez, its members shoved off into a sea of activities, on Oct. 23 came senior cap and gown pictures, and Oct. 27, the Spookian, Up went the Bulletin Board in Senior Square, on sale Feb. 25 appeared the Senior Activity Cards, and on April 25 Compton College was their host. Then suddenly it was May with a rush of mem- orable dates and doings: May 8, Career Day, May 23, Senior Block Signature Day, May 29, the Senior Prom at the famed Beverly Hilton Hotel. June spelled graduation and brought its annual magic. Unforgettable were June 4 and Ditch Day, June 6, Talent Show, June ll, Senior Breakfast, June I3, Commencement on Pirate Field, climax of every senior year. .IOLENE BROWN, DON KETZENBARGER, Senior Class Representatives.
