TEN COMMANDMENTS OF THE EXPERT DRIVER I. Never start out with a car unless it is in satisfactory mechanical condition. Check the instrument panel and test brakes before proceeding into traffic. II. Under no circumstances drive over 55 miles per hour. Ill. Obey all posted traffic rules and regulations. IV. Never drive too close to the car ahead, and after passing a car never cut back until you can see the car in the rear-view mirror. V. Never fail to signal turnsand stops. M VI.
