30 outstanding students chosen for regional: Ten band members and eighteen choir members were chosen in Then the top half of all the regional members were chosen January to play at the Festival. at All-State. Students were chosen on the basis of musical ability, tone and technique. They were also judged on a predesignated piece of music as well as scales. The students needed a certain percentage score to get accepted and the top half of regional members will be able to participate in All-State Band or Choir. y- ,, . . ... , . is A . , . . , .
