First of all, Mrs. Phyllis Stanfield who pushed us along when we got behind and always gave her advice and time freely. The photographers who supplied pictures even when EVERYONE was yelling at them. A great BIG thank you goes to the staff, who deserve all the credit for this book for their hard work and patience. We thank Mr. Bruce Kinde for his work with special effects, color pictures and keeping the the photographers in line.
