Foreword On our first day of school we were like little pebbles suddenly dropped into the pool of education. Year by year the ripples extended into ever widening circles, embracing the desire for self-improvement, high enthusiasm for learning, superiority of aim, and exceptional skill gained through participation in school activities. As we began to reach for new horizons, we discovered our ability to experience new learning, make new friends, gain new insights, and acquire a new sense of pride in our achievements. In spite of severe dif- ficulties, we know now that we can be successful in reaching our goals through superior persistence. Superintendent’s Message A wise man once said that a person's judgment could be only as good as his information. From this statement, it is safe to assume that we will be more likely to make accurate decisions when we increase learning and improve our knowledge. Therefore, we should be committed to the task of acquiring as much information as possible for the many decisions we are requried to make.
