Superintendent’s Message General Omar Bradley has said, and I quote: We've learned how to destroy, but net to create; how to waste, but not how to build; how to kill men, but not how to save them; how to die, but seldom how to live. From all these things wc can see that much of our knowledge is of material purpose and not spiritual value. You must learn how to live or you: education will be in vain. You must have an understanding of spiritual purpose in life or you will live in disappointment anc despair. The purpose of your education and Lraining at Paradise school is to help make you better citizens, better men and women, and better and more useful members of the human race. Wc are giving you knowledge, but knowledge in itself is not enough. The rest you must supply in your own way, and I hope all of you will find the proper way to do this. Mr. Earl Tate, Superintendent
