It has been a memorable year in ole Paradise High. Gaiety, work and companionship alike have prevailed, We have strived to picture as many of those memorable occasions, as much of our School spirit and what work we ac- complished as space will allow. This we tried to do as realis- tically as possible. Though it has meant many hours of work and serious thought on our part, it has been an honor and a privilege for all of us. If we have rendered a yearbook that fulfills your desires and highest expectations, one that you will cherish and point to with pride through the coining years, then our goal will have been reached and our efforts will not have been in vain. His efforts have been an inspiration to all of us and his unfailing willingness to encourage us has inspired us throughout all the years we have been in school. His life among us as a Mend has won him a place in out school and among the students which shall never be forgotten. And just as an education is essential in the modem day world so is electricity in its many and varied uses essential and necessary in today's living. Electricity today in the average home performs the same amount of work that would require the service of thirty- three servants working forty hours per week. If these servants were paid $1.00 per hour each for a 40 hour week this service would cost $68, 640.00 for all 33 servants. Electricity performs the same chores for an average of $60.00 per home per year.
