Guy Fortenberry---------B.S.---------------A M Mr. Fortenberry comes to us from A. and M. Besides being an excellent ball coach, he is re- sponsible for a decided cowboy” atmosphere which oxi3te on our campus. One of Mr. Fortenberry's chief assets is his ever-roady smile. Ruth Barnett------------ B.S.----------H.T.S.T.C . Miss Ruth has been toaehing for a number of years. When we have a difficult problem, we foci sure that Miss Ruth can help U3—and she does, too! She ha3 gained quite a reputation for coach- ing faculty plays. Bertye Lue Williams Wilson—B.S.-------H.T.S.T.C. Mrs. 'Wilson is largely responsible for the excellent showing that Paradise students are able to make in both speech and music. With the poet, she believes that, Life should be a song.' This probably accounts for her habitual smile which everyone loves. Alyn Murphy Gentry-- —-B.S. -----------N;T.S.T,C. To Mrs. Gentry goes the credit for being one of the best all-round teachers in our school She has gained a reputation for her Watch Paradise column in the Wise County Messenger, her articles in the Texas Outlook, and her role a3 mother-in- law in faculty plays. Gladys Easley------------B.S.---------H.T.S.T.C. As rogular as a clock certainly applies to Mis3 Gladys. She is responsible for tho boll'3 being rung at exactly tho right time. Miss Cla- ae-dys! , as the primary children call to her from the hall doorways, quickly comes to their aid, smiling, ready to help thorn. She is one faculty member who nover becomes excited. Inez Morris Gasperson----B.S.---------—-H.T.S.T.C. To soe Mrs. Gasperson, one would conclude that she was truly, the old woman who lived in the shoe . She is mother, teacher, and friend aliko to tho many beginners who cone to Paradise School. Mrs. Gasperson is the efficient director of the Rhythm Band.

His first inter- ests arc those of the school and of the students He possesses an ever-ready willingness to assist students in every way. To him is due much credi for the progress Paradise School has made in reeen- years. Haskell Me Clintock---------B.S.---------N.T.S.T.C. Thoughtfulness and consideration in helping others, a love of beauty, and a deep natural re- ligion are the traits that have made Mr. Me- Clintock command the respect and admiration of both students and faculty. Fred 0. Gibbs---------------B.A.-------------Baylor Mr. Gibbs is the farmer's friend. He is an authority cn every subject from raising cu- cumbers bo vacillating calves, Mr, Gibbs has become widely known as one of the best Y.A. teachers in Texas, and wo are proud of him Naomi Young-----------------B.S,---------N.T.S.T.C, We foci sure that houses will he bettor kept and meals more efficiently prepared in years to come all because cf Hiss-Young’s untiring efforts. Miss Young believes that, The way to a man's heart is through his stomach, Daphna Patterson Smith------B.S.---------N.T.S.T.C. If you want to son Mrs. Smith squirm and frown just say I soon or 1 done. She is fond of Assembly programs, and the ones she sponsors arc exceptionally entertaining; Mrs. Smith is to be commended for The Script , high school magazine. Henry Kelley----------------B.S.---------N.T.S.T.C. It would be as difficult for us to do 'with- out Mr. Kelley as it would for a man to do with- out the'pocket on his shirt. lie is our handy- man , and regardless of our needs, we yell Mr. Kelley.
