JUNIOR CLASS ACTIVITIES The class of 194O-4I consisted of 15 members at the beginning of school. This number was in- creased to 16 during the year, when Sarlene Pender joined our class from Boyd. The junior class has been well represented in the school activities for the year. In sports Joe Potts Jr., Harold ( Toad ) Young, Joseph ( Poodle ) Taclcol, Billy Anderson, and Verdell Cansler have been outstanding. Joseph Tackel was the class representative on the student council. The junior class meets once a month. The members have been very ambitious the last few months and have started work on a Junior Scrap- book, which when finished will be given to our sponsor, Ilr. Gibbs. For each individual of the class there will be a page bearing a picture and a description of the person written by an- other member of the class. The program com- mittee of the class has planned a very exciting outing to take place at Lake Bridgeport. Exciting games will be played, a delicious supper will be served by the junior girls, and afterwards a grand show will be attended by the group. All members of the junior class expect to be present at the Junior-Senior 3anquet,
