CLASS PROPHECY After ten years of hard work, I, Doris Rimare, suddenly became rich when an oil well was developed on a farm which I had inherited. I decided upon a tour of our continent. I needed a lawyer to handle my finances after I struck it rich, and a prominent young man named Elmer Johnson was recommended very highly to me. Upon inquiry I found that he was my former class- During my travel I visited radio station ABC and, to my great surprise and joy,I found the cowboy ballad sing- er to be the some Gerald Allison who had belong- ed to the F. I?. A. Band in former years at P. H. S. While in New York I called upon the editor of The Daily Tribune ' at Hew York City, and was very cordially re- ceived by my old friend John Stevenson. After a very pleasant visit I was informed that the author of the famous cartoon, Pathner's Den , was none other than Cieo Foreman. The name of his' cartoon originated from our school mascot. I flew from New York to Hollywood on a Braniff Airliner and v as greeted by a most charming hostess Benny Joyce May. Benny was still as small as ever with the same old winning smile. In fact, it is my honest belief that it was her smile that landed her a job.

Also on the same plane was a woman whoso face was quite familiar. It was Cloyce Chapman,v ho in- formed me that she was the author of a book from which a movie film was being made, Cloyce was also going to Hollywood to interview her contractor. Upon arriving in Hollywood fate directed ray path to a certain lunch room where I mot and dined, with Mr. and Mrs, Deward Ray Staples. Doward is a movie director, and Mrs. Staples, the former Joyce Phillips,is a star singer in her husband’s musical movies. They 'were quite happy and were doubly sur- prised to see me. I was very much surprised to learn that Jiggs was still a dashing younr bachelor,so sought after by young debutantes that ho has to keep his tele- phone disconnected. Jiggs lives in Hollywood and is under contract with M-G-M. I had hoard many interesting facts about a certain largo ranch in Arizona. 1 decided to visit it on my way to Tomas. I found the ranch to be a3 interesting as it had been pictured, but imagine my surprise when I learned that the owner was Dave Brandon Jr. I reached Texas after a pleasant visit at the Brandon Ranch to meet my old friend,Sammie William- son, at the airport. I learned she had been married three times and was then a rich young divorcee look- ing for her fourth husband. At last I returned to ray former Ahomet'iyown. Things looked quite different in Paradise. I found the address of a certain Jimmy Stutt and decided to call on that address Just as I expected my old pal, Lucille Brasher, answered the door boll. At Paradiso I attended tlie local theater and was not surprised to find the horoins of the pic- ture to be my former classmate, Helen Harr, play- ing under the screen name of lianda Hello, Later I attended a show at Bridgeport and discovered that the famous Jean Harguette, heroine of the picture
