4-H CLUB The most outstanding club in our school is the 4-H Club. This organization has been included in the school activities for many years. The object of the Club is to promote activities that will aid in the development of its members and en- courage a cooperative spirit in the community. The officers of the club this year are: President, Glenn Thrasher, Among his achievements are trips to Washington D.C., Chickasha, State Fair of Oklahoma City, and Stillwater. He has won many honors in different phases of Club work. Vice-President: Joe McDaniel, has also won many awards which include trips to the state fair at Oklahoma City and to Stillwater. The Secretary: joy Elkins has also won many awards and trips. The trips included in these are, trips as delegate to State Fair at Oklahoma City, to Washington D. C. Club Congress as delegate from Oklahoma, and trips to Stillwater as winner of Dress Revue. Other members of the Club include: Zoe Ann Campbell, Roberta Dodd, Ruth Sterling, ,Ierrilee DeArman, Sue Mauldin, Wilma joyce Wigley, Betty Lou Powell, Tiwana Webster, Freda Whitaker, Daisy Kirkland, Reba Yoakum, Betty Baker, Mamie Arney, Mary Catherine Carson, W. C. Parkey, Kenneth Bechtel, Harold Yoakum, George Bechtel, Ralph Hawk, james Bowers, Ralph Loveall, Hal Ward, Clifford Arney, and Alvin Stephens.

CAST: Laurie Williams: joy Elkins: Jinx Taylor: Pearl Avery: Katie Forster: Maureen Wombleg Susan Snow: Betty Whitaker: Grace Phillips: Blanche Sumner: Mady Baker: Ouida Bingham: Hope Graham: Betty Lou Powell: Mrs. Helen Williams: Ruth Sterling: Ruth Barnes: Betty jean Ferguson: Sally McKenny: Edmona Richard: Carl Filoposocki: Harold Yoakum: Eddie Fowler: Willy Southwell: George Bates: Joe McDanie1sg Sheriff Roy Logan: Kenneth Bechtel. When a prom becomes a kidnapping fiasco, something is amiss. The fly in the ointrnent is Laurie, who won't let other girl's boyfriends alone. She refuses to settle on one rnan, so Jinx and her chums plan to have her spirited away by Socki. Eddie Fowler, intent on doing something daring for a change, runs off with Laurie in her big Cadillac instead of Socki. Hours later, Eddie reports that the car is somewhat damaged and that Laurie has run off into the woods. In the mean time Laurie's mother circulates the re- port that her daughter is kidnapped, Eddie is arrested, and when Laurie secretly returns that night and hatches a plan to get him convicted, Jinx intends to quiet her by tying her in the locker room. There's a lot of confusion. By the end of the third act Laurie has been found and everyone is in place. Before the final curtain, a phone call is received from the Governor saying that Laurie has been found many miles away and kidnappers are being held. This brings a howl from the audience. V
