! The big snow kept Steve Cook, Evelyn Spencer, and Cathy Mattingly inside wrapping presents under their six foot tree, dreaming of a hot summer. Junior Dale Lashbrook had to climb high to get away from the white flakes, but the snow was no threat to Mrs. William Carl Weeks when she endured the sub-zero temperatures to construct a snowman. The snow thawed and the elated seniors crossed the newly-built bridge in the warm sunshine. However, juniors were just as happy when they ended up in the cool waters. 11
