The Spring Carnival which is an annual PHS event is sponsored by the student council. The Student council and each club which has a booth gets a certain percent- age of the profit. Jeff Williams typifies adults and young people as he visits the Y-Teen fish pond, above, and the Dramatics Club make-up booth, right. Center: Sitting back to enjoy the decora- tions and dancing are Dr. and Mrs. Jack Rowlett. As prom mother Mrs. Rowlett spent many hours working with the juniors helping them create the right mood for Southern Plantation.
