TLASS WILL lr :ssssssPff ' ds? '--,-as LAST w1LL AND TESTAMENT ' - i A or me - s -, X SENIOR CLASS OF 1951 W Four years have passed since we begun 'Tis now the spring of '5l. Four years of school, both work and play, We've learned a lot since that first day. 'Tis true we might have done much worse, If so, wezd be dead and in a hearse. Our teachers have all done just fine To help us cultivate our minds. These fine teachers whose names I'll tell Are Iverson, McLennan, Whiteman, and Norvell, There's Hudson, Stockdale, Russell, and Bryan, too. Of another person we must take stock, It's our wonderful janitor, Harry Brock. We-give our thanks to one and all But regret we'll be absent in the fall. But as we leave, we bequeath to all The right to whisper in the study hall. We hope the teachers will not mind, But, of course, quietude would be very fine. And as we're a generous lot we'll leave to the juniors the things we've forgot. And now I'll tell you what we'll do, These many bequests we'll leave to you. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: We, the members of the class of 1951, regret in leaving, but hopeful for the future, desire to make our last will and testament and hoping that some benefits may be derived from these gifts. First: We extend to the school board an everlasting appreciation for their choice of teachers. And to the teachers, a like appreciation for their kindness and help to all of us. And to the lower class students a feeling of loyalty and support for our Panora High School. To the entire school and faculty and all others who helped, we extend our heartiest thanks for the kind aid in putting out our annual. In addition, we are informed that each individual of the graduation class has some property which they herein desire to bequeath to certain other indi- viduals, we hope they will be received in the same spirit in which they are given. We, Barbara Whitman, Mary Peck Maurice Bascom, Violet Kallesen, and Lois Boots leave some of our abundance of Hpepn to the next annual staff in order to prevent them from having to rewrite certain parts. we, the Senior Class will part of the gum stored on the desks in the study hall to anyone requiring it. Each individually owned property is being willed in the following manner: COMPLIMENTS OF PANORA ROLLER RINK Panora, Iowa
