The custodians of our school deserve high rewards for their faithfulness in their never ending job of cleaning our school. Always they have managed to keep the school spotless and to regulate the heating of such a large building. The Sophomores helped initiate the Freshmen into high school life by giving them a welcoming party. On September 27, 1956, the class suffered the loss of a dear classmate, Pat Oren. Receiving their class rings was the highlight of this school year. On May 24, thirty Seniors attended Baccalaureate and Commencement ceremonies, as the doors of Pandora-Gilboa High School once again opened to the class of 1959 -- this time to bid farewell as the Seniors started their new journey on the road of life.
