The year was started with a Backwards Progressive Party after which the girls attended a style show in Glandorf. Other highlights of the year were a panel discussion entitled Harmony in the Home , making toys for the Bluffton Community Hospital, and having the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet. The biggest event of the year was the National FHA Week. The girls began the week by attending church together on Sunday. During the week they sponsored a Politeness Day and an Easter party for the kindergarten classes. The chapter was also very proud to have one of their chapter members, Margie Eck, as candidate for State Vice President, and to receive the Award of Merit at the State Convention.
