We sold magazines to earn room money of which part was used to buy Compton's encyclopedia set. We visited the Putnam Co. Library, gave a Thanksgiving playlet, and shared in the duties of the School Safety Patrol. r 5'

During the fifth-grade year all of us have participated at one time or another, in various room activities which help to make our school life pleasant. These activities may be the daily chores of dusting or planning a party for the class, school patrol, and grade school band. With both work and play we look forward to being better school citizens next year. 30
