The class of 48 entered P. H. S. last fall with an enrollment of thirty. We gained one new pupil during the year but, sorry to say, we're losing five this spring. For our class officers we elected: President-Mary Margaret Soldner, Vice-President-Nolan Diller, Secretary-Carolyn Gratz, Treasur- er-Jeanne Kiene. In the past year we've contributed as best we could to the sports, cheerleading, music, and scholarship of our school, and hope to con- tinue doing so in our remaining years in P. H. S. V V V Our class has experienced many happy events but none was quite as joyous as the entering into our Freshman year of high school. We immedi- ately chose class officers: President-Gene Suter, Vice-President-Roy Schutz, Secretary-Treasurer-Donna Basinger. Since each class is allowed three parties a year, we used our best judgment in choosing when we were to have them. They consisted of a Halloween party, one at Christmas, and a Wiener roast this spring. This year has given us a good start on our high school career.
