WAYNE HAwK1Ns Mathematics Wayne completed courses in Algebra I and II and Went ahead to finish advanced study in plane geometry, solid geometry, analytical geometry, trigonometry and Algebra Ill. Wayne was also president of the Math and Slide Rule Club his senior year. Science As an outstanding science student, Wayne re- ceived training in general sciencae, advanced chem- istry and physics. ' During the summer of 1962 he attended the Junior Engineer and Scientists, Sum- mer Institute at New Mexico State University, and he was also a chemistry laboratory assistant his senior year.
