SCHGOL BOARD Aside from the routine yearly problems of finan- cing, operation, and maintenance of the Pampa in- dependant school district, the School Board this year faced three major decisions--a 3300 per year increase in teacher salaries, expenditures of approxi mately S10, 000 for new Harvester band uniform s, and selection of A new head football coach.
