208-Organizations Pep Squad cheers PV to victories P i i With their spirit and enthusiasm the 1986-87 Pep Squad helped cheer the Sea Kings to many incredible victories. Led by Pep Squad President, Marjorie Culver, and advisor, Briar Boyd, the girls supported PVHS at every athletic event and school activity. Also, continuously during the year they gave their all at pep rallies, at the traditional bonfire, at lunch time activities, and during Homecoming Week. They also participated in various outside events including Harlan Shoemaker and different competitions. The International Exchange Club plays a very important part in the great success of all foreign exchange services. This club helps the exchange student to become acquainted with the area and to easily adjust to the new culture. Quite a number of students from Palos Verdes have taken part in AFS, traveling to four continents.
