Kent Clayion tres to keep her uarm Seniors Carry Out Biggest Ditch Ever- To Catalina Island One of the many things underclass- man look forward to is Ditch Day. The Class of ' 85 ' s chance had come to le- gally cut classes and spend the day on Catalina Island. While the rest of the PV students froze in a cloud of fog. Seniors enjoyed the sunny day of biking, tanning, sightseeing, and swimming. It was also an opportunity for them to get better aquainted with the other members of their class. With the feeling of summer in the air. the journey put the seniors one step closer to graduation day. With hopes of staying at Catalina forever. Graduation: a step to the future After a successful 4 years at PV High, the class of ' 85 looks on to an exciting future. Even though they ' re leaving, the students keep memories of mean- ingful friendships and fun times. Ariane Fuechtncr and Ellen Wallace, who returned from a year in Australia, exhange ideas about attending Waiting for tfieir diplomas, the seniors remember old times, schools in countries other than their own.
