Technical Arts expands through its new robotics class Brian Springer: Mechanical Drawing A, B, Metalshop, Health Drivers Education. Walt Donahue: Woodshop, Advanced Woodshop, Cabinet Construction. The new spinoff from computers affected Technical Arts by updating its equipment, according to Walter Donahue, department chairman. Enlarging the program and increasing enrollment are among the teachers ' major goals. A new extracurricular robotics class is being offered to students who are interested. Next year, Donahue hopes that enough students will enroll to make it an academic program. The Palos Verdes High School Library has added a new head librarian, Nancy Forbes, who has really enjoyed her first year at Palos Verdes. The student store made good use of it s new Apple computer while the at- tendance office stated that there have been fewer absences this year.
