The Thrust hath come !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Infamous disco-punk group the Thnist generously agreed to perform a free lunchtime concert. Unfortunately, the band showed up on a Saturday and played to an enraptured crowd of two janitors, five joggers and three stray dogs. From left: Vietmanese punk-rocker and burglar Nie Lon Head, formerly of the psyche- delic ' 60s group Twilight ' s Own, on keyboard; Dr. Arthur Peadic, formerly of Thorn Mc Ann Shoes in Trona, California, on rhythm shoe- horn; Ernie Umlaut, who has since left the Thrust to form muzak group Ernie and the Dreamers, on ukelele and lip sync; Butch Machom, ex-head of the Monkees Fan Club, on drums and John Travolta and Elvis Costello imitations; and Rocky God, would-be heavy metal guitarist extraordinaire, on lead guitar and nice legs.
