THE STORY OF '54 There never was another school like Paly — We shout it out at every rally. The long dark halls, Mrs. Duncan's famous calls, Mr. Linder's nice long stride, Mr. Mason's office, always occupied, The coaches, the teachers, and all the rest — Make Paly better than the best. These are some names with memories bound; No better guidance could ever be found. In '52 we were just little wheels, Filling the halls with sophomoric squeals. We picked out our rings for fifty-four And cheered our teams with a mighty roar. Till the Clouds Roll By was our Junior Prom, And soon enough did our big year dawn. We were outstanding in many things, From Gay Paree to our basketball kings. The senior party, Remember Me, Will long remain in our memory. The Senior Ball, commencement, grad night — and by and by Only memories are left of our years in Paly High.
