0l'elfU0l Time Flies Over Us but Leaves Its Shadow Behind NATHANIEL HAWTHORNE The carefree days of our childhood are slowly drawing to a close. Our graduation from Palmyra High School only shortens the time until we assume our responsibilities as adults. The past, however, will leave its mark on our future. All those events and people with whom we have come in contact, will have contributed something to our out- look on life. Teachers, friends, dances, games, activities - all blend into a pattern of pleasant memories. In time they will be hazy and dimmed in our minds until they fade into the shadows of the past, but whether we remember or not, they will still have made an impact on our lives. Now read and remember with pride and pleasure all the fun, work, play, and mo- ments both happy and sad which you have experienced during your high school years.
