5 Gwfwl BUDDY CALVERT PRESIDENT STUDENT BODY As President ol' the Student Council Q X l wish to express my gratitude and ap- preciation to the Student Body, Faculty and School Board for their sincere co- operation in joining with us to make our school a leader of leaders. And it is mv sincere desire that others may receive the inspiration and fellowship that was afforded me in mv brief but happy days in Palmyra lligh School. The student council is composed of ten members. Each class in school is represented by two members and the president is a senior elected by the entire student body. The vice president is elected in like manner from the junior Class. The Student Council is organized for the purpose of having a form of stu- dent government. VVorlting together with other members of the administrative groups they help decide the policies of the school.
