Truth. . . Versus. . . PATTI HOLLEMAN, left, investigates the animal life in biology lab while she probes to find some of the Whys of bodies. MR. BOB CRAIN, teacher, instructs all secondary sciences, physical and earth science , biology, and chemistry. BRUCE ALLEN and DAN RAY , lower photo , dissect a field rabbit to classify all organs. Before we reach the second level, elementary teachers as MRS. OVELIA GULLEDGE, below, teach a working knowledge of nature sciences through experi- mentation and observation.

Size, Shape, And Quality Of It All From the steady climb of kin- dergarten to grade nine, stu- dents have gained the basic skills in math. In the second- ary program, Mr. John Fuller, left , instructs high school stu- dents in algebra, plane and solid geometry, and trigono- metry. Students who do plan post-secondary education take these math courses. Those who plan to enter the world of work take advantage of rela- ted and business mathematics with Coach Sam Harrison, below, which teaches them a working knowledge of mathe- matics that will help them in their daily living.

Intuition Students build and exhibit projects in the sciences to further their knowledge of one scientific study and exchange facts with classmates. MR. BOB CRAIN encourages students to probe for the facts. KEITH BURNS AND JIMMY STEPHENS helped to find the mechanism of a weather balloon they had recovered from a rural farm area, another scientific discovery to enthusiastic high school students in the science department. - We Search To Know The FACTS. A MARY STILWELL, SARA STACKS, CARL HARPER, PATTI HOLLEMAN, and SAN- DRA HEARD , check out projects before display. Below, DAVID SHAFER, ROBBY HOBBS, BRENDA COTTONGAME, VICKIE MCELHANEY, CHARLES SLAGLE, and DAN RAY get their projects ready for the display boards in science department.
