This year's group moved up to an eighth place ranking statewide and narrowly missed attending the state meet by a few precious points. Cross country runners require pollution-free air. She's the leader ofthe pack. lt might be lonely at the top for Denise Doyle, but she wouldn't trade her position to be among the other runners.
