Q: Mike Kastner, WHAT DO YOU THINK, ON THE WHOLE, OF THE SPORTS PROGRAM AT PALLOTTI? “It’s good because anybody who wants to play can go out tor a team. Granted, they pick the best to start, but the others still get to play. The coaches at Pallotti do a “hell” of a job and they don’t even get paid. They take everyone on an individual basis. Last year we had a problem with lack of spirit, but this year everybody is up and ready.” Q: Cindy Brown, AS PRESIDENT OF THE JUNIOR CLASS, DO YOU THINK THAT THE JUNIOR CLASS POSSESSES A GOOD SENSE OF SPIRIT? “I think the junior class has enough spirit but the problem is that only a group of people have a lot of it and the others have none at all. It evens out but I think every junior should have spirit. The pep that the juniors have is enough to carry us through the prom and other activities. The reason that a lot of people don’t care in the junior class is because of Pallotti itself. By the time you’re a junior, you’ve made up your mind whether you want to be for Pallotti or not. Those that don’t want to get involved just stay away completely. I don’t think the apathy of the junior class hinders the class progress. Q: Sue Stevens, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ALL ASPECTS OF PALLOTTI, DO YOU THINK THIS SCHOOL HAS PREPARED YOU WELL FOR THE FUTURE? “I think it has prepared me well, not only in the academic skills, math and English, etc. but also how to relate to people. You have to use that in the future and not to just solve math problems. Pallotti offers a variety of subjects so you do not have to be in one area; you can have a choice of study that you want to be in. Pallotti is good academically in that it offers a lot of good courses. The things that happen at Pallotti give you invaluable experience for what will happen in the future and a good insight on how to deal with it.
