graduated, he finally built a creamery on the outskirts of Palestine and is very prosperous. Joe never found the girl of his choice but it looks as if he is still looking. Joe's brother, Carl, who was the general handy-man around Palestine during his high-school days, now lives in Washington D. C. with his wife. The school just about went out of control after Bonesy left, but finally managed to re- gain its control again. nBonesyn always wanted to be a draftsman. He finally got his wish and now has a patent for a machine. Jack Collins went to aviation school and learned all about flying. Then under his directions, a small airport was set up between Longtown and Palestine. Now he's teaching some of the local farmers to fly their private planes and heli- copters so they can spray their farms with insecticide for bugs and they spray their farms with water when 1t's too dry. Because of Jack's shyness, it 1sn't surprising that he isn't married, but then there are rumors of his engagement to Trudy Cross from Battle Creek, Michigan. Florence Garber married a red-head: but wait, doesn't he look like one of the forty-eighters? His facial expression is so familiar, oh, so he's Wilbur Bevins. Florence had said that she wanted a red-head, but Wilbur was a brunette. Madam Zenda Vesta explained that Wilbur had dyed his hair to satlsfy Flossie Cher pet name.D Wilbur went to school for two years after he graduated and spe- cialized in farming. Florence stayed at home and helped her folks while she waited for him. When they married, Mr. Garber gave them his largest farm as a wedding present. Now they are getting along nicely with their cows, chickens, and little Bevins. The children were very cute with long curly hair, but good- ness, don't they have red complexions? Oh, now we remember they must have in- herited Florence's ability to blush. Mr. and Mrs. Bevins' little girl, Eileen, just started to Palestine and she must have inherited Florence's intelligence also, because Miss Adavier is considering promoting her to the second grade. Of course, the reason for this may be that she falls out of her seat when she looks at that cute little boy that sits in front of her. Forest Archie appeared in his same old happy-go-lucky manner, and evidently he's had success also, because he was dressed in finery and was driving a '58 C Buick. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that he'd taken a trip to California to visit his auntg and while on that trip he discovered that he en- joyed traveling, so he became a traveling salesman. He is still singleg but ta- king a peep in his address book, we still found towns such as Dayton, Muncie, and Q Continued on the next page 5
