VICE-PRESIDENT (PRES, of VICE) PRESIDENT Walter Bowers Senior Class 66 SECRETARY James Carl Dismukes Margaret Herlin WE, the Seniors '66, had a memorable and exciting year, starting with the first football game and ending with our honorabledischarge on May 31st. We have many happy memories of Senior activities-- the Senior parties, singing on the bus to Bandera, talking and listening to Sid and Lou at the Mayan Dude Ranch, and of course the all-night party. Among our sadder memories are leaving Bandera, and saying good-bye to our high school friends at graduation. We are proud of our class and its achievements and traditions—putting up a Palacios flag at Bandera, building pyramids in the swimming pool there, sending some of our members to the State Track Meet, and to Region UIL, and having dual valedictorians. We challenge future seniors to carry on our traditions and to be as great a class as the Seniors '66. SENIOR CLASS SPONSORS John Louderback Charles Shreves Dorothy Smith J. G. Smith CLASS COLORS: Red and White CLASS SONG: You'll Never Walk Alone CLASS FLOWER: Sweetheart Rose CLASS MOTTO: The difficult we do immediately; the impossible takes a little longer. 7
