MRS HOELZER This year we say good bye to M1 Hague our l1brar1an who has been Wllll us for four years By attending Addr and Geneseo State Teachers Coll ge Miss l-logue obtained Bachelor of Prts and Bachelor of Science degrees Nex September she will become the librai ian of the Marnaroneclc l-hgh Scliool Her good counsel and friendship l ave been a great benefit to all of us during the last few years Another misfortune to befall the Painted Post H1gh School this lune 1 the loss of Mrs Sm1th l-ler aamiraole characteristics which adapted h r so well to the role of school nurse will be greatly mrssed by the school body as a whole We say farewell too to Mrs Baffaro vtho IS giving up the teaching profes sion to devote her time to the task of housekeeping Though she has only been with us for one year she will al ways be remembered for her help and guidance in our physical education instruction lt is not often that we have the priv- ilege of long association with as fine a gentlewoman as Mrs Mae Hoelzer lt is with deep regret that we bid her farewell She is leaving the teaching profession after thirty two years of un selfish servlce She hopes to spend the rest of her l1fe in her home at beau tiful Coral Gables Florrda Mrs Hoelzer attended hlgh school in Pavilion New York her blrtl' place After graduatmg from Geneseo Normal School in 1913 sh taught in the Damt ed Post Schools until her marriage rn 1916 After being a subst1tute t ach for three years she again was emplo ed by the Painted Post Schools Her sane busy and useful l1f is an inspiration to all of us who have had the good fortune to have come within her spheres of 1nfluence Her students now scattered 1n all parts of the world carry rn their heart fond remembran e of Mrs Hoelzer It is our greatest hope that she will enioy many years of peace and con tentment in her new life 1 adm MW?
