T951 DEVIL'S TRAIL Here you see the Devil's Trail staff hard at vvork. Dale talks over the advertising section with Jan- ette and Bobby, business managers. Skipper seems worried over his ads sales. Myra Lee is figuring out original ideas for the pictures of Superlatives. The typists, Marlene, Betty Jane, Janet and Joan are doing quite well considering they have only one typewriter! Deeply engrossed in the study of tournaments and quests is Charles, Sports editor. Chandler and Richard are comparing snaps for the annual. ' Puzzled yet cheerful, Joann and Anna Lee plan the clubs ,and organizations pages. Sidney and Joan Benton are counting the circulation sales. Frank, assistant editor, seems to be reading, Macbeth no doubt! Carol, Senior editor, chewing quite happily on her pencil is seeking information on the activities of Zella who had a iob in both advertising and circulation. Last but not least, is our artist, Richard. He appears at his wits end over his drawings. He is responsible for the nice illustrations which bring out our theme of Medieval days and ways. The annual staff had a hard iob to do but through the co-operation of the staff, the class and our faculty advisor, Miss Evans, published this 1951 Devil's Trail. Hope you like it!
