This season has been a memorable one, as fhe Troian B squad, coached by Earl Hirofsu, had many fhrills and spills on fhe hardwood courf. The B squad made of seven sophomores and fhree juniors displayed good sporfsmanship and defermmaflon fo win. Alfhough fheir record shows seven losses fo only fhree wins, fhe boys are proud of fheir feam. Their inexperience and inaccurafe shoofing accounfed for fheir seven losf games. They made up fheir lack of heighf wifh a good defense and a fasf brealc. The Trojans are proud of +his rec- ord, because al+hough i+ shows +ha+ +hey have more games los+ +han games won, +hey showed fine quali+y of playing and displayed good spor+smanship. Some of Coach Baruz' promising boys were Harold Shimizu, Ralph lwane, Alfred Wong, Wilfred Andrade, and Sfanley Yamada. Harold, a Freshmen, is a dynami+e-packed youngs+er who is fhe oufcome of Coach Baruz' fine coaching. The coach himself was once a young baslseiball s+ar in his days.
