Many elements in the Packer we know had their beginnings in a more or less distant yesterday. SHINING MORNING FACE 'LWith reading and writing, and paints and plays, and history and music to fill their days' '... the gingham and plaid' clad youngsters of the Elementary School are climbing the stairs of learning in search of the lamp of knowledgefor maybe even a cap and gown. The stairs are new, and some are new to the stairs, hut donit think that keeps anyone from taking them two at a time!
