SWIMMING ' ' ' % ' % w Ken Vaughan and Greg Pate Wehrii prepares for start Walt Wehrii finishes race The Boy ' s Swimming teams were made of a lot of new comers with only a few returners. Coached by Chris Hurst, the teams worked mornings and afternoons extremely hard. Their talents and times improved with each meet. The most outstanding swimmers on the squad were senior, Scott Velardo, and juniors, Danny Dob- son Mike Moran. Their hopes for the season were high but these hopes weren ' t quite enough to win the Empire title. ■TT ' OKSWS ' ■ ■ ..i Mariners dart into the water lop row; Mike Devine, Chad Lynch, Walt Wehrii, Jason Scheurer, Louis Travato, Clint Price.
