BACK ROW: Randy Tadai, Dr. J. D. Gill, Linda Curphey, Lucy Pike, Melinda Howell. 1ST ROW: Laura Walter COUNSELING CENTER Problems, problems, problems - everybody has problems. The question is, what to do about them? l When the problems are of a personal nature, if J-, V, and there's no one to talk to - it might be time yr to get involved with Pacific's Counseling Center. All year long, under the direction of Dr. J.D. Gill of the psychology department, trained students were on hand in their lVlac Hall base- ment office to talk things over. T T The results and anything brought up during f the sessions, of course, were kept confidential. One of the programs offered by the Counseling Center was an assertiveness training group, to bring people in touch with their feelings. In a busy world with classes, clubs, and organizations, and other activities coming down on the student, a Counseling Center is very needed. A place to go and talk. . .and people willing to help and get involved.
