ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF PACIFIC When it comes to the almighty dollar, everyone wants to get involved - except when the tricky question arises: who gets how much? This was the major issue dealt with by the Executive Board of the Associated Students of Pacific University this year. Chairman of this year's board, composed of students representing all levels of governance, was Calvin Ridgill. Throughout the year, various problems cropped up in regards to the ways and means of distributing the approximately 550,000 raised in student body fees. SENATE Pacific University s Senate is the university s central legislative body for a I aspects of campus life. The membership is composed of administrators, alumni, faculty, staff, students and trustees. The Senate's main job is to revise, write andfor develop legislative policies that guide every phrase of university governance. All other governance structures on campus are accountable to the Senate.
