SOCCER Ups and downs, sun and mud- it was a very goodfbad year for Pacific's soccer team. Hard fought victories over Oregon State fthe first time everl and University of Portland were tem- pered with losses to such teams as University of Oregon and Portland Community College. Soccer coach Bob Reece expressed some disappointments, There was no doubt that we had the talent necessary to be a league contenderp we just couldn't seem to develop it until the latter part of the season.
