Hauge Besides undertaking the Herculean task of un- scrambling more than 400 student schedules each semester as Registrar, Dean Philip E, Hauge also holds the even more important and more difficult office of Dean of the College. Acting as a connect- ing link between students and administration, he is on the inside of the numerous problems of the college and its students. In close association with the College of liducation division, he is head of the Placement Bureau. He came here from St. Olaf Col- lege in l920 to be professor of education and psvcholf ogy. A perpetual disturber of the peace to those with an overdue board bill. Mr. Theodore Nelsson is known as 'Athe man who comes around. Dreaming of dollar signs in red ink at night and surrounded by huge books and long columns of figures during the day, Mr. Nelsson finds himself in the position of Business Manager, an office which he has held since l9'57. Before that he was Dean of Men. He came here in 1932.
