PALIFIC SENloR f ij THE GIRLS CHORUS Le I lo nghl Ruth Shaw Reath Shaw Stemhaus Maher Zerser Meyers ones Hanley Miles Rhodes ohnson Straub Bowers Lawson La Rue Langenbacher Stancil Holthaus Watters Nelson Grauer Miss Mason HE. GIRLS CHORUS was organized late in Septem ber l926 by Miss Wilma Mason to whom we give the credit and honor for making this organization of the school what it is Although this organization is young we feel that it has accomplished much and the members have received some valuable trammg along the lines of choral singing The chorus entered the county contest and brought home the cup We have appeared several times in public performances and many times in school programmes The chorus has regular practice twice a week and each member feels the same spirit of punctuality and attention that she does for her regular routine subjects. This has con- tributed greatly to its success. It has been the aim and spirit of this organization to include all who are interested in this work, instead of a select few who are especially good along this particular line, and we feel that we have been un- usually successful in promoting this spirit since we find al- most an equal number of representatives from all four classes in high school. .926 PAGE T1-111z'rY-'ruxuf xi:
