Through passage of a school constitution- al amendment, students elected House of Repre- i sentative members in their social science classes rath- er than first period classes. Traditionally robed, teachers contemplated the ten previ- ous senior classes and talked quietly of school memories. Smiling, they recalled pupils ' looks upon receiving graded exams, and remembered the troubled students who had sought their advice. 24
