I i Terminating his eleventh year as Pacific ' s administrative and guidance executive, Dr. Kenneth P. Bailey supervised every aspect of school activities and policies. Although burdened v ith responsibilities, Dr. Bailey befriended both students and faculty, and remained receptive to those v ho v ished to voice problems, complaints, or praise.
