The members of Student Council have led the way. From the summer of planning with a Surf Conference at Carlsbad to the year of work which resulted in the Sophomore Campout, Sophomore Orientation, new teachers' luncheon at Azure Hills, A.S.B. card sales, student parking regulations, awards code, election code, leadership code, curriculum evalution, A.S.B. dances, all football and basketball rallies, Homecoming, Back to School Night, clean cam- pus, Alumni Luncheon, Hi Fi for the Quad, Country Fair, class and student body elections, and the many other events which Student Council members planned and co-ordinated, every member has had his share and more to do. But more was ac- complished than just the visible results, the experience we gained in working with the students and faculty, and the understanding we acquired in leadership will re- main with us as a part of the vision of Pacific.
