A tree of growth for it is here that students who will someday be the roots of the activity in the community, test their physical strength, mental capacity, manual dexterity, and individual potential, both in the classroom, and outside. Many of these are standards that will ultimately introduce him to the community as either a first class citizen ready and fully equipped to assume his place in the working world. No matter where the student ventures upon leaving Pacific Grove High, he con long remember all that he vjas a port of, and learned from as part of the student body, whether it be as a student body officer or as a loyal member of the rooting section, for it is these things, both little and small that give us the key to our progress as a sturdy individual.
