The year 1969-T0 has been a turbulent time, not just for Pacelli but the entire world. Peace and love became the vogue words of the year. Pacelli,s first Senior Lounge reflected this with peace symbols and' love posters everywhere. As for the students spreading peace, there were a few problems. Inter-class, inter-school, and faculty- student relations suffered under the strain of the times but Pacellians recovered as usual and left cherished memories for all , . . Pacelli over Kendrick 7-6 . . . Junior's Open House-How many mints can you eat? . . . Seniors jumping rope in the lounge . . . Players and cheerleaders fand Fr. Mahon?l cheering at a pep rally . . . Mrs. Sherrill searching lockers for her books . . . Freshmen as a Banana Split at the Talent Show . . . M.O.D. walkers trudging 4-5 miles . . . Martha and Henry reigning over Mardi Gras . . . Sophomores racking up all the prizes at M.0.D. talent show . . , Vikings posting a 7-2-1 record . . . We,re just a little bit better. '
