The Honor Society sponsored the teacher ' s aid program this year. Seniors were assigned to faculty members who needed some help running off hand- outs and giving individual help to other students Interact, a service organization of Pace, has participated in many worthwhile projects this year. The club continued to suppon an orphan in Korea, and the club collected for the Jewish Relief Fund. Interact also held a Halloween carnival for both Pace and A.V.A. children. Art Club SPONSORS: Mrs. Connie Nations Mrs. Coopie Foshee This year the students who belonged to the Art Club were able to take a field trip to the Atlanta College of Art. The Art Club students also decided that the cafeteria needed brightening, so they designed and painted the mural which is now decorating the wall above the cold line. Members also did the hanging and judging of the art show for Fine Arts Week.

The Student Council was involved in planning orientation week, planning an all-school dance, helping with commissions at basketball games, soliciting contributions for the Stacey Smith Home, sponsoring the candy machine in the student center, helping with school- wide cleanup programs, assisting in suggesting handbook revisions, and working with disciplinary problems.
